Get back the hours your business loses to missed calls, follow-up, and paperwork.
Tell me the task eating your week. In 15 minutes, I'll name the tool that can fix it — and what it really costs.
No pitch. No obligation. A real recommendation with the real price.
Why start free
You don't need an AI strategy. You need Tuesday afternoon back.
Missed calls, follow-up, and duplicated notes cost real hours. My job is to identify the fix and tell you plainly whether it's worth the money.
Plain English, not engineer-speak
You describe the problem in your own words. I translate it into one practical recommendation.
An answer before a sales pitch
The free call ends with a specific tool and its real price—or an honest “don't buy anything yet.”
Your business stays yours
Anything we build runs on your accounts. Your files, tools, and setup stay with you.
Results carry the risk
If paid work doesn't make your business measurably better, you don't pay.
The short version
Start free. Stop wherever the value stops.
Each step builds on the last. Before you spend a dollar, I'll compare the hours it should save with what it costs.
Name the fix — free
Describe your worst hour of the week. Get one recommended tool and its real monthly price. No pitch.
Let it remember your business
A regular chatbot forgets you every conversation. A Company Brain remembers — your files, your notes, your decisions — and it runs on your accounts, so it stays yours.
Go deep, with someone local
For owners who want a standing partner, not a project. Built on your own accounts, so everything we build stays yours if we ever part ways.
Your free 15-minute call
Fifteen minutes. One recommendation. Zero pitch.
No prep or discovery questionnaire. Describe the task eating your week and leave with an answer you can use—with or without me.
Tell me the time sink
Missed calls while your hands are full? Confirmations and follow-up that slip? Notes re-typed into three places? Not "be more efficient" — the actual annoyance, in your own words.
I name the one tool
Get one vetted recommendation, its real monthly price, and the honest setup effort. Sometimes it's free and already on your phone.
You decide what's next
Take the recommendation and run, or ask me to help install it. I'll tell you honestly whether a paid next step fits.
Proof — I'm my own first customer
Everything I recommend, I run in my own business first.
My meetings transcribe themselves, voice memos become organized notes, and repeat work runs automatically. I recommend only tools that have already survived daily use in my own business.
Honest note: J&M is new, and I won't pretend otherwise. No borrowed logos, no invented testimonials — my first client results will be posted here, plainly, as they happen.
The path
One free call first. Then only what pays for itself.
No contract to start. Get your free recommendation and decide from there, on your timeline.

Questions
What people ask before we begin.
Why is the first call free?
You shouldn't pay before you know whether the fix is worthwhile. In fifteen minutes, you get one tool recommendation and its real price. Use it with or without me.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Most of what I recommend is a tool that already exists — often something already sitting on your phone. You describe your worst hour of the week in plain English. That's the whole job. If a word like "API" ever comes out of my mouth, you're allowed to hang up.
What is a Company Brain?
A regular chatbot forgets you every conversation. A Company Brain is a private AI that actually knows your business — your files, your notes, your past decisions — so it can answer things like "what did we quote that customer last spring?" It runs on your own accounts, so your information stays yours, and for medical and dental offices it never holds patient records — business files only. If you ever stop paying me, you keep it. You're never renting back your own memory.
Do I have to keep going past the free call?
No. Take the recommendation and stop there if that's all you need. You decide how far to go, and every paid step is cancel-anytime.
Who is this for?
Small business owners and busy offices in Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Rexburg, and the surrounding area — shops, trades, studios, clinics, practices. If missed calls, confirmations, follow-up, or paperwork eat your week, that's the job. For medical and dental offices: no patient information ever touches anything I set up, and I'll tell you before you buy whether a tool will sign the paperwork your compliance requires.
How is this different from a big AI consultancy?
I live here. J&M is a small family business — me and my mom — and I show up in person when it makes sense. I name real prices out loud, and I'll tell you plainly when something isn't worth your money, including mine. No call center, no pitch deck, no contract to start.
Fifteen minutes. One recommendation. Zero pitch.
Tell me the task eating your week. Leave with a straight answer — even if the answer is "buy nothing."
